Though it remains an unfamiliar concept to many in the west, the ancient Japanese healing technique of Reiki is one of the oldest, most versatile healing systems in use today. Using energy to balance the body, Reiki operates on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level in order to enhance every aspect of our lives. Reiki techniques can be used to heal the body, mind and the spirit, and is believed to positively impact everything from physical health to emotional well-being.
